Who am I and Why should you choose to work with me??

Selling real estate is like solving a puzzle - finding the right property, for the right price, in the right neighborhood and selling homes to the next family to love it at just the right price for my sellers- then all the pieces fit !   Real estate and continually learning and sharing makes for an interesting life and profession!

Some of my clients and customers have told me they like my "style".  Buying and selling real estate can be an emotional or stressful decision. Paying attention to detail and anticipating my clients needs have helped make the process easier. It's a wonderful feeling –seeing a family choose a new home or seeing a seller happy that a new family will love their home. Buying a home on Nantucket becomes a LONG TERM relationship. The fact that my business continues to grow with new referrals, confirms that my clients appreciate my approach.

If you don't know me already, I have been enjoying Nantucket with my family since the mid 80's. We began by renting, as perhaps you did or will. We purchased our home intending to "summer" here and quickly made it permanent with two of our six children graduating from Nantucket High School. We now have one of our  grandkids living on island and so you can understand my choice of being called "Nanatucket!"
